5. Ordering and Payment

5.1 Pricing:
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, fraud suspicion, or payment issues.

6. Delivery

6.1 Physical Products:
Delivery is available within South Africa and selected international destinations (where feasible). Shipping fees and delivery times will be specified at checkout.

6.2 Digital Products:
Delivered instantly via email or download link post-purchase. Ensure your email address is accurate.

6.3 Services:
Schedules for coaching sessions, workshops, and webinars will be communicated via email. It is your responsibility to attend as per booking.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Physical Products:
You may return unopened, unused merchandise within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the CPA. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.

7.2 Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds will be given once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

7.3 Services (Coaching, Workshops, Courses):

• One-on-One Coaching: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or reschedule. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded.
• Workshops/Webinars: Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. If TCC cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend a future session.
• Memberships: Membership fees are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel anytime, but no pro-rata refunds are issued for the remaining period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, branding, course materials, guides, and merchandise designs — are the exclusive intellectual property of TCC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct
